Organic Yarm Chao English Breakfast Tea: 90.3%
Organic Vanilla: 1.9%
Organic Caramel: 7.8%

Hot tea: 2.5 g of tea leaves, 100°C of 200 mL of water, 4 minutes brewing.

Iced Tea without Milk: Boil water 1,000 mL then turn off the heat. Add 30g of tea, infuse for 5 minutes & strain.

Cold Brew: 15g of tea leaves, 1,000 mL of water, 1 hours chilling in fridge.

Iced Thai Tea with MilkBoil water 1,000 mL then turn off the heat. Add 30-35g of tea, infuse for 5 minutes & strain (if you like stronger taste, can infuse up to 7-8 minutes). Then add organic sugar (2-3 tbsp) or add some sugar with sweet condensed milk or half cream. Stir well & let it chill. Topping with fresh milk before serving.

Thai Milk TeaBoil milk 1,000 mL (medium high) then low down the heat. Add 30g of tea, infuse for 5-7 minutes (stir time by time) & strain. Add 2 tbsp of organic sugar & stir well. Let it chill before serving.
