On March 7th, 2017 we had the honor Carrine Baudry host Araksa's first Tea Sensory workshop. Carrine is an aromas expert, graduate from the ISIPCA (International Institute for Fragrances, Cosmetics and Agri-food products). She is currently the General Manager of La QuintEssence, a company specializing in sensory, taste training and high-quality product sourcing. Carine has over 15 years of experience in the tea industry.
The event featured guest Chef, Khun Yaowadee Chookong, and Baker, Khun Ruetinan Boontan from Melt Away, indulging us with delicious tea-food pairing.
