Araksa's First Tea Sensory Workshop - March 7th 2018
On March 7th, 2017 we had the honor of Carrine Baudry host Araksa's very first Tea Sensory workshop. Carrine is an aromas expert graduated from the ISIPCA (International Institute for Fragrances, Cosmetics and Agri-food products). Currently the General Manager of La QuintEssence, a company specializing in sensory, taste training and high-quality product sourcing, Carine has over 15 years of experience in the tea industry.
We were also fortunate to have guest Chef, Khun Yaowadee Chookong, and Baker, Khun Ruetinan Boontan from Melt Away, indulging us with delicious tea food pairing.
