If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us so that we can help correct the problem.
If you have changed your mind about an item or tea that you received and would like to return it for credit, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Please package it well and include a copy of your packing slip or at least your order number. All tea packages must be unopened and undamaged.
If you are returning a non-food item, it should be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
